Return
Policy
We do our best to ensure that you receive our products in
excellent condition. Please inspect your package immediately
upon receipt and if for some reason you are dissatisfied with
what you received, or you package is damaged, please contact
us at 1-800-752-1341 or support@riverratcheese.com
within 24 hours of receiving the product so that we can make
arrangements to replace your cheese or provide a refund. Refunds
will be provided within 15 days of receipt and will not be
granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed.
If your product is damaged upon receipt, we will likely request
detailed information regarding the type of damage and a photograph
of the damaged item(s) for our records.
We will do everything possible to ensure timely delivery but
cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised product due
to the following:
1. Delayed deliveries due to weather or other "Acts
of God".
2. Incorrect addresses. When ordering, please double check
and ensure that all addresses are correct.
3. Unopened shipments (all boxes are clearly marked "Perishable").
4. Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town
or otherwise unavailable to receive their shipment. Please
notify recipient of the pending arrival of perishables!
You will receive an email when your product ships along
with a tracking number. Please ensure someone is available
to receive your cheese on the date that it is to be delivered.
We are unable to replace items that perish due to the recipient
being unavailable at the time of delivery. Our boxes are
clearly marked “perishable” on the outside and
we are not responsible for the items received but not opened.
