Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via
our web site. Telephone orders can be placed Monday - Saturday
from 9am to 5pm EST. Call us toll-free at 1-800-752-1341.
Warm Weather
During the warmer months (May - September), our cheese requires
expidited shipping (overnight express of 2 day delivery).
If one of these items is in your cart and you do not choose
an expediated shipping method, we may contact you to discuss
changign the shipping method.
Payment
We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American
Express, and Discover. Cash, checks or money orders and not
accepted online but are accepted in our retail store. All
prices are subject to change without notice. Catalog prices
do not reflect the cost of delivery. We do not ship C.O.D.
Shipping Methods
We ship UPS ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select
and Next day Air. In some cases we may ship via USPS. We cannot
ship to APO’s or FPO’s or PO boxes.
Product Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability and supply limitations, we may
need to substitute items within one of our gift selections
to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always substitute
with alternatives of equal or greater quality and value.
Returns
We do our best to ensure that you receive our products in
excellent condition. If, for some reason you are dissatisfied
with what you received, please contact us as soon as possible
so that we may address the problem. If the products of concern
are perishable, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving
the product so that we may take what action is necessary to
begin the replacement process. If your product is damaged
upon receipt, we will likely request detailed information
regarding the type of damage and a photograph of the damaged
item(s) for our records. Please see our return
policy for further details.
Email Receipt
An email receipt will be sent to the email address you provided
when placing your order. Please keep this email for your records.
Please make sure you provide proper addresses as we cannot
be responsible for return shipping fees due to incorrect addresses.
When you order is shipped, a second automated email will be
sent to the email address provided, that includes the tracking
number of your order. If you wish to track your UPS shipment,
you can do so via our on-line tracking
tool.
Shipping Date
If desired, you can select a future ship date during the checkout
process. Please note that if you select a specific ship date
for your order during checkout, you must indicate the date
your would like your product shipped at checkout in the "Specify
Ship date" field.
Weighed Items
Most products are weighed items, such as cheese or meat. Please
note that we hand-cut to your order and as a result there
will often be some variation in weight - some pieces might
be a bit under the weight you ordered and others might be
a bit over - we make sure it works out on balance
Holiday Delivery
To ensure delivery before Christmas, please place your order
by December 10th.
Cheese Curd
Please note that Cheese Curd is extremely perishable and must
be shipped overnight to preserve freshness. All Cheese Curd
orders will be shipped overnight to ensure freshness. The
price includes shipping by overnight express to all states. |
