1000 Islands "River Rat" Cheese is located in Clayton, NY on the St. Lawrence River. We feature a full selection of our River Rat cheeses, a large artisanal cheese selection, local meats, fresh local breads, local Maple syrup, specialty foods from NYS, gifts, apparel and much more.
